  Extremely rude drive thru cashier - unprofessional tone on speaker and then at window, made a small drink when I asked for medium (sighed loudly) when I pointed that out and when I asked for a refund when she said they only had 3 munchkins in the flavor I wanted (she was just going to give me 3 even though I paid for 5)! Gave me $1 in cash but I paid with a credit card so I feel it was more than $1!
