  I purchased my vehicle from Fletcher Jones and I recently moved to The Highland Park Area when making a service appointment -- I called yesterday to receive no call back/I left a voicemail and when I called back your sales line kept trying to connect and I said stop transferring me. She called them directly and then miraculously someone got on the phone to say we are super busy and can accommodate till the end of the month for a simple oil change and tire rotatation
  
  First Don't you have a dedicated reservation person to answer the phones to make appointments
  
  Secondly the person I spoke with was rude
  
  There are many choice to buy a Honda in Chicago and I personally will never buy one or take my vehicles to your dealership
