  I was a loyal customer and only wanted SUBARU TO WORK ON IT till I brought my WRX to them to have bodywork done due to hail damage. The guy wouldn't even get off his ass to look at the car. The work they passed up is about 9k in work! I won't give them a nickel more of my cash.
  
  I was at this dealership with my wife and daughter about a week ago for my daughter's first car...i won't get a car from a dealer who refuses to work on their clients car.. period!
  
  I called therm to advise.. was told I'd get a call back and nothing. I'm done and you should be to.

  Bob in Subaru was great with the purchase of an Outback! He made the process extremely easy and hassle free! Drove from 2 states away because of his service. Completely different feel than previous Subaru dealers I have purchased from in the past. Definitely going back to Bob when its time to purchase another Subaru!
