  Jacob greeted us at the door and proceeded to help us at a table. I'm 66 and my friend is 81. Jacob very calmly explained the issue with the phone and remedies to solve. What an excellent employee to represent your company. Thank you.

  Awful customer service. I went here for help because I was about to travel internationally and needed to check that my phone was unlocked. I was told by my carrier that they could help me (any carrier that uses Sim cards can check except your own carrier). They didn't have to help me, but the woman was very rude about it. Went down the street and Verizon checked for me with a smile, I know where my business is going when I return.

  Not so great. You helped people who got there after me. I hate the over greeting you do when you enter like your going to recognize I'm present but not help me... Oh okay I'm in queue... Only you are helping others who arrived after me. You guys suck.
