  Friendly staff, were willing to offer me a free upgrade because the mid size car was too small for me to drive comfortably. As a first time renter, they answered all my questions and gave me a breakdown of the pricing. Their cars are great too. Will definitely go back if I want to rent a car again.

  Staff was friendly enough. The car's windshield and rear windows were dirty enough on the inside and outside so that driving at night after picking up the car was a challenge. Also, the car had five eighths of a tank of gas when we picked it up. That made it a pain to return with five eighths of a tank. Too little in the tank, I pay a premium for the difference, too much gas I was concerned about overpaying. They gave me a credit for a half tank of gas the next time I rent a car from that specific agency. That may be a long time away.

  The staff here is very helpful and informative. They always set me up with the best cars for the best price when I need a rental. Can't thank them enough for all they have done.
