  We have to say we are beyond thrilled!!!! We started off with some issues and the owner himself, Angelo, came to my home and couldn't have been nicer. I cannot express how far that goes, in today's world where things become very impersonal, he literally restored our faith that genuinely good people exist, who care about their work. The problem has been resolved and they are a company we will continue to use for other projects and will be glad to recommend to our neighbors and friends. Thank you!

  A very poor experience with this organization. I made an appointment for the repair of a shower door that wouldn't close properly. When Lakeside didn't show up I discovered that it had no record of the appointment. I rescheduled. When a repairman finally came he spent over an hour in my home and couldn't diagnose the problem. He ultimately recommended that I replace the door and promised that I would receive a quote for a new door from Lakeside either later that day or the next. No quote was forthcoming. The next day I called Lakeside and left two messages for the person I was told would provide the quote. Neither was returned. A competitor fixed the door within minutes the following day.
